How to Check Your Account

  • Click on the Login/My TSCPL tab at the top of the Library Catalog screen, then click the Log In/Register button.
  • Type your library barcode number or username. Your library barcode number is located on the back of your library card.
  • Type your PIN.
    Your PIN is a 4 digit number.

For security reasons, we are not able to update PIN numbers over the phone or via chat. If we do not have your email address on file you can bring your ID to any library service desk or a Bookmobile to have your PIN number changed.

Account Options
Use the options in the My Account tab or the My Account section of the right side dashboard to find more information about your account.

My Record – Click to check your name, address, and telephone information on record with the Library. To update your personal information, change the information on the form and click the “Submit Change Request” button. You can also visit the Customer Service Desk at the Library or Bookmobile or call 785-580-4424.

This section also allows you to create or change your username, password, and opt in to allow the catalog to maintain a record of your reading history.

Items Out – Click to view all materials checked out on this library card and renew materials.

Requests – Click to view a list of requests or holds you have placed on library materials. You may also cancel holds on this screen or change the status to suspend holds until a later date.

Fees – Click to see if you have any late fees or informational blocks on your account. The Pay Your Fees button allows you to use SmartPay to pay your library fees or transfer money to your SAM account online.

Saved Searches – Click to view any catalog searches you have saved.

Log Out – Logs you out of your account
