The library is the literacy lifeline for more than 45,000 children in Shawnee County. We’ve put research and data into identifying exactly what kids need in our community, and our wide range of services, collections and partnerships all work to enhance the lives of Topeka’s future leaders and doers. That, in turn, fuels better quality of life for all.
